Peter was engaged as the result of the recommendations that came from a structured Procurement Capability Review, The objectives of this engagement were to
- identify savings and process efficiencies during a time of significant organizational change; and
- to establish a specialist in-house procurement function.
A team of four was established and improved the supply or performance management of contracts for all major areas of spend.
